Alan and Lydia came down from Seattle to spend a few days in the sun with family. We had the usual thanksgiving fare for dinner. Hiked in the White tank Park and visited Les’ bench.

Arrived in time for New Year’s Eve and have been hanging out with Marv and Tish in Dublin. And of course the dogs! Will post some pictures

Spent today at the hospital waiting for Fred having surgery.  He had pacemaker implanted.  He’ll feel much better, and have more energy. Jody called.  She gave her wedding quilt to a very dear friend to comfort her during her Chemo treatments.  Makes the heart feel good.

Have  been  kayaking  with  Sharon  Cratsenberg  each  Wednesday .  Lake  Pleasant  has been  perfect  for  our  outings .

Had a great  visit Portland  with  the  Swanson  and  Griffin  family  for  Milly ‘ s 3rd birthday . She was a delight  to  watch  and  play  with .

It’s been a lovely snowy winter.  Here we are in the middle of February 2016 and the snow is almost gone.  However, the weather is mild.
